Welcome to Paris Party Central! By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, including event listings, bookings, and user interactions.
Booking and Payment Policy
- Retainer Fees: A 25-50% non-refundable retainer fees is required to secure the date for services.
- Payment Plans: Offer installment options, with the final balance due 10-14 days before the event. Provide options like Afterpay or Klarna for convenience.
- Balance Due: All payments must be completed at least 10 days before the event to ensure timely execution.
- Overtime Charges: Any extension of services beyond the contracted time will incur additional charges. This rate should be specified in your contract (e.g., $150/hour).
Cancellation Policy
- Client Cancellations:
- 60+ days before the event: Refund of all payments except the non-refundable deposit.
- 30-60 days before the event: 50% refund of the total payment, excluding the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds.
- Company Cancellations:
- If the company has to cancel for unforeseen reasons (illness, emergencies), a full refund will be issued, including the deposit, or an alternative date may be arranged with client approval.
Rescheduling Policy
- Client Rescheduling: Clients are allowed one reschedule if notified at least 30 days before the event, subject to availability. The new date must be within one year of the original date. A $250 rescheduling fee applies.
- Company Rescheduling: If Paris Party Central LLC must reschedule, every effort will be made to accommodate the client on their preferred date without any additional charge.
Damage or Loss Policy
- Material Loss: Clients are responsible for any loss or damage to rented or provided items, such as linens, décor, and equipment. A damage deposit may be added to the final cost and refunded after a post-event inspection.
Client Satisfaction Policy
- Event Adjustments: Any requests for changes or additions within 48 hours of the event will incur additional fees, subject to availability.
- Complaints: If any aspect of the service falls short, the client must notify the company within 24 hours of the event to resolve any issues.

- For the client: They have flexibility in payment options and a clear understanding of what happens if cancellations or changes are necessary.
- For Paris Party Central: It protects our time, effort, and costs by ensuring deposits are non-refundable and clarifies how cancellations and rescheduling are handled to avoid last-minute losses.
This type of balanced approach ensures transparency and fairness for both you and your clients, keeping your commitment to high-quality service while safeguarding your business interests.
